We partner with builders to create considered interiors for new homes, from display homes and properties built for sale to homes tailored to an individual client.
Working from your architectural plans, we refine layouts, joinery, lighting, fixtures, appliances and finishes into one cohesive design. Each selection considers the intended homeowner, the project budget and the overall character of the home.
Clear drawings and schedules give your trades the detail they need to quote and build from. Resolving decisions early helps minimise variations, with continued design support available throughout construction.
What’s included
Stage 1: Initial concept
We establish the interior direction through mood boards, two to three layout options and photorealistic renders. Together, we refine a design that suits your project, whether the focus is buyer appeal or a homeowner’s personal brief. Up to two rounds of changes are included.
Typical timeframe: 3 to 4 weeks.
Stage 2: Full documentation
With the concept confirmed, we bring fixtures, fittings, appliances, material specifications and cabinetry drawings together into a comprehensive documentation package. Your trades receive a clear, consistent scope to price and work from.
Once complete, you hold the rights to use the design documents for your project.
Typical timeframe: 3 to 4 weeks.
Stage 3: Optional construction support
We remain available for design queries, trade liaison and site visits as the build progresses. From resolving details on site to the final walkthrough, we help carry the agreed design through to completion.
Typical timeframe: 4 to 12+ weeks, depending on the build.
