Welcome to
Fruition Interiors Co.
Fruition Interiors Co is a Brisbane-based interior architecture and design studio led by Samantha Terry, specialising in new builds, renovations, extensions and bespoke furniture.
We help clients turn a felt idea of home into a built one. Our work draws on each home’s architecture, the way you live and the pieces you treasure, creating interiors with depth, individuality and a sense of belonging.
Each home is considered as a whole, with spaces connected through proportion, material and detail. From the first concept to the final styling, we bring creative vision and thoughtful care to homes that feel distinctly yours.
More about the studioOur Services
Homes with history deserve upgrades that feel like they truly belong. Our studio designs extensions and renovations that honour the character of each home, guiding every detail from the first concept through to coordinating trades, site visits and placing the final piece of furniture.
A streamlined service for projects that don’t require architectural design, or where the budget is focused on the interiors. We bring together concepts, drawings and renders, liaises with trades and styles the finished space for a thoughtful handover.
We partner with builders on new homes, from display homes and projects built for sale to homes tailored to an individual client. We bring together finishes, joinery, lighting and furnishings to create a cohesive interior, supported by clear drawings and schedules your trades can quote and build from.
For homeowners planning a renovation, we prepare detailed tender packages covering a single room or multiple spaces throughout the home. Drawings, specifications and schedules clearly communicate the proposed work, giving builders a consistent scope to quote against and helping you compare costs before construction begins.
From the first sketch to the final placement, we create bespoke pieces designed for your home. We oversee the making, coordinate delivery and installation, and style each piece in its space.
